ORSAN undertakes turnkey projects for oil field, refinery and marine operations in line with oil waste management needs. Our turnkey commitment includes operations for petroleum waste digging, petroleum waste treatment, petroleum recovery and oil recycling to specification, purification of water for reuse or disposal, and recycling of oil solids and soil to nature. Recycled oil, treated water and decommissioned solids are obtained in full compliance with the Buyer’s directives or regulatory specifications implemented and determined by the Environmental Authority in the region where an ORSAN facility operates.
RECYCLING AND RECOVERY OF OIL SLUDGE
According to the latest environmental concept, most oil waste is seen as an important resource that needs to be recycled rather than disposed of. Energy sources are shortening and energy supply costs are increasing. Some petroleum sludges are treated and disposed of at high cost rather than significant energy potential. ORSAN provides technical support for successful applications by creating resource recycling principles for different types of petroleum waste. Recycling and reuse are the basic principles in ORSAN’s project approach for all oil waste management projects. ORSAN has contributed to the development of innovative technologies on an international scale and has a scientific and technological infrastructure to provide all kinds of services related to innovative technologies in design, application and operation stages.
1.1. CRUDE OIL PRODUCTION AND RECYCLING
Clean crude oil will be produced and recycled with applications made with decanter, separator and similar systems. The oil gained will be sold to the market with the quality of crude oil.
1.2. SEPARATION BY PYROLYSIS METHOD FOR OIL INTO DERIVATIVES
1.2.1. Multiple (5) Fractional Distillation Semi Pyrolysis: This process includes Semi Pyrolysis (Short Term and Medium Heat Treatment Has Little Detail) and 5-step fractional distillation application. With this stage, “Fine Particulate Carbonized Powder (Soil Enrichment) (Approximately 30% of Total Soil)” and “1. Decomposed Petroleum Derivative, 2. Combustible Gas (To Be Used In The Plant), 3. Fine Oil-Fine Diesel, 4. Medium Oil, 5. Thick Oil-Heavy Diesel ”will remain in our hands. At this stage, we have approximately 30% of the total soil and is rich in carbon. It will be used to increase the productivity of all kinds of soil (agriculture and garden). It can be sold in the domestic market.
1.2.2. Multiple (6) Fractional Distillation Full Pyrolysis: This process includes Full Pyrolysis (Standard Time and High Heat Treatment is Detailed) and 6-step fractional distillation application. With this stage, “Coarse Particulate Tar Mud (Petroleum Based Bitumen) (Approximately 70% of Total Soil)” and “1. Decomposed Petroleum Derivative, 2. Combustible Gas (To Be Used In Our Own Energy), 3. Medium Oil, 4. Thick Oil- Light Diesel, Naphtha Style Thin Oil, Aircraft Fuel, Heavy Diesel (FuelOil) ”can be obtained by making fuel oil, 5th Tar, 6.Paraffin and Analysis Result enrichment. At this stage, about 70% of the total soil remains in our hands, it will be used as a petroleum-weighted bitumen raw material for use in asphalt projects. It can be easily sold in the domestic market.
