It is the most efficient method in the recovery of End-of-Life Tires (ELT) as a material, with the continuity of production, the advantage of technique and its economy. With this method, “gases”, “oils”, “steel wire” and “carbon black” in ELT are separated and materials with very high economic value are obtained.

Our company also applies 2 different pyrolysis methods.

1.Batch (Fill-Unload): In this application, the time and energy loss is very high as the reactor in which the process is performed will have to be cooled, emptied and refilled after each process.

2. Continuous: It enters the system continuously and leaves the reactor at the end of the planned period. That’s why we have lowered energy costs.

Pyrolysis oil: Oils with high calorific value obtained by this method can be used as they are, but can also be used as diesel fuel and similar fuel derivatives after sequential distillation. In addition, pyrolysis oils are used as an alternative energy source in the production of “electricity” without any change. . The oil has a value of 10300-9300 kCal (upper-lower thermal value range) and is a diesel-like product. (Euro Diesel 0.83 kg / lt, 10200 kCal / kg) It will be used as liquid fuel in electricity generators in the process.

CARBON BLACK: The other product, “carbon black”, is used as a raw material for many rubber-based products. Carbon Black released is made of coal. It is packaged and burned in Solid Fuel Boilers.

BIOGAS: Our other output gases, on the other hand, are used as an alternative energy source by providing them to meet the energy needs of our facility, or as gas, due to their flammability. It is a mixture of Methane and Butane in the nature of natural gas. It has a higher calorific value than LPG, and energy is obtained by recycling in the facility and by burning.

STEEL WIRE: In the ELT, the steel wire is separated from the tire during the first application.
